The C.H.I. Practice is something you do every day.
The idea is to unlearn old habits and learn new ones. It takes about 21 days of steady, disciplined practice to begin making these shifts. But, the results are worth the effort.
And, itʼs not that much effort. Usually The C.H.I. Practice takes about 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night. You work with your manual while you listen to an audio program that guides your inner journeying. During the day you practice with various C.H.I. tools.
The classes definitely help. But, ultimately, itʼs a personal thing. The C.H.I. Practice is just that, a practice, something that YOU do. We help you, the materials help you, but you determine how useful what we provide turns out to be in your life.
Most of us donʼt really have a practice. We may meditate, do Yoga, work out regularly, etc. But what about a system for navigating our lives. Whatʼs our compass? How exactly do we navigate day to day?
Accidental lives arenʼt fulfilling. The C.H.I. Practice helps you live deliberately, choosing what you want to create and learning how to deal with the blocks that frustrate your success.
Oh, and we define success in a radically new way. Itʼs not so much about achieving anything, anything at all. Itʼs about being who you are in your life. When you are growing day to day, seizing opportunities to express yourself, just being alive becomes fulfilling. That reflects in material ways. More wealth, more happiness, better relationships. But those are the booby prizes. The lasting gift is how you feel inside.<./p>
